This UK Privacy Policy explains how the Faculty of Social Sciences (FSHS), University of Tirana ("we", "us"), collects, uses and protects personal data when you use:

2.1 Website
- Information you submit via contact forms (such as name, email and message).

2.2 Mobile app (iOS/Android)
- Account data: first name, last name, university email and password hash.
- Session authentication token, stored securely on your device.
- Push notification token when notifications are enabled.
- Usage data related to authentication and access to app content.
We do not request access to contacts, photos, microphone or precise location for core app functions.
3. Why we use personal data
- To provide and maintain the website and mobile app.
- To create and manage user accounts.
- To support email verification and password reset.
- To respond to contact requests.
- To send push notifications if enabled by the user.
- To improve security and prevent misuse of our services.
